A marketing and content site for our advisory business and our podcast, Volume Control. Information on the site is provided for general educational purposes. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation. If you want that, book a call and hire us.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, images, design, code, podcast audio, videos — is either owned by 3rd Space Project or licensed to us. Do not republish it without permission.

You can quote us. Attribution to 3rd Space Project or Volume Control with a link back is the ask. If you want to reprint something in full, email hello@3rdspaceproject.com.

Your submissions

When you fill out a form, subscribe to Field Notes, or send us an email, you are giving us permission to use that information to respond to you and run our business. See our privacy policy for detail.

If you pitch us a guest, an idea, or a project, do not send us confidential information over the site. Use the initial call for that, under a mutual understanding of confidentiality.

Third-party tools

This site uses tools built by other companies (hosting, scheduling, email, analytics). When you interact with those tools, their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

Podcast content

Volume Control episodes are conversations, not endorsements. Guest views are their own, not 3rd Space Project’s. Sponsor reads are labeled as sponsor reads.

No warranties

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we do not guarantee it. Site is provided as is. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Standard stuff.

Limitation of liability

3rd Space Project is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. If we ever are liable for something, our total liability to you is capped at $100 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute goes to state or federal court in King County, Washington.

Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we will update the last updated date. Keep using the site after that, and you agree to the new terms.
