Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the minimum we need to run this business, we do not sell it, and we tell you what we do with it. Long version below.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — the book-a-call form, the sponsor one-pager form, the newsletter signup, the guest pitch form — we collect what you type into it. Name, email, company, role, and whatever context you share.

When you visit the site, our analytics tools log basic traffic data: pages viewed, referring site, general location (city or region, not precise), device type, and time on page. We use privacy-friendly analytics that does not set third-party cookies or track you across sites.

When you subscribe to Field Notes, our email tool tracks opens and clicks. You can opt out of that tracking in your account settings there.

What we do with it

Form submissions go to Viet and Nat. That is it. We use them to respond to you and to schedule any follow-up conversation.

Analytics data helps us figure out what pages are working and which are not.

Newsletter engagement data helps us know which Field Notes landed and which did not. It does not get shared.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone outside 3rd Space Project unless you explicitly ask us to (e.g. a warm intro to someone else). We do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not put you on drip campaigns without your consent.

Data we hold and how long we hold it

• If you booked a call: we hold your contact info and call notes indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete them.
• If you subscribed to Field Notes: we hold your email until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribe is one click.
• If you downloaded the sponsor one-pager: we email you the PDF and one follow-up. If you do not respond, we do not email again.
• Analytics data: aggregated and retained per our analytics provider’s default (usually 12 to 24 months).

Your rights

You can email hello@3rdspaceproject.com and ask us to:

• Send you a copy of what we hold on you.
• Correct anything wrong.
• Delete your data.

We will do it within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only (session state, form submission, cal.com booking flow). No third-party tracking cookies. No advertising cookies.

Kids

This site is for adults doing business. If you are under 13, do not submit anything here.

Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will say so in Field Notes and update the last updated date above.
